Lindsay Samkia Hamisu - Committed to Doing Justice Senior, Lindsay Samkia Hamisu is our Grad @ Grad quarterly award recipient for the value for Committed to Doing Justice. Lindsay worked tirelessly on our recent Justice Summit - in both the planning and the execution of the activities throughout the week. Lindsay is the “pinnacle of love, determination, sincerity, and care for others.”
AJ Stanton - Intellectually Competent
Junior, AJ Stanton is the recipient of the Grad @ Grad award for the value of Intellectually Competent. AJ has quite the following of students who rely on him for his intellectual competence especially when he is available to them after school every day for help, especially with Physics. AJ’s passion for teaching is almost as strong as his passion for learning.
Lexie Crist - Loving
Senior, Lexie Crist is being recognized today for the value of LOVING. Lexie exemplifies her love and care in action by leading the hiking and baking clubs, serving on the Student - Faculty Senate, and leading the Junior Encounter. Lexie always leads by trying to widen the circle and inviting other students to participate.
Blake Burke - Open to Growth
Sophomore, Blake Burke is our Grad @ Grad quarterly award recipient for the value of being Open to Growth. Blake is a student who is always wanting to push himself to do his best, and he pushes himself academically with a strong interest in math and science.
His openness is exemplified by his willingness to ask questions and reaching out to teachers and peers.
Edenna Hiletework - Religious
Senior, Edenna Hiletework is being recognized today for the Jesuit value of RELIGIOUS. Edenna is an example of a young person who lives her faith in her everyday interactions and actions. She is strong in her faith and takes on leadership roles within Campus Ministry, taking leadership on the Encounter.
