Transfer Applicants
Are you in high school currently and interested in applying to Bellarmine? We accept applications for students looking to transfer during their 9th grade, 10th grade or before the start of the first semester of 11th grade school year.
Applications have opened for Spring 2025 and Fall 2025.
All transfer students who are interested in applying for Spring 2025 must submit their application and all application materials by Friday, January 17th, 2025.
All transfer students who are interested in applying for Fall 2025 and complete the application process, including all application materials, will be reviewed on a space available basis beginning in February.

Bellarmine uses an online admissions portal, myBellarmine, to help prospective families navigate the admissions process and to apply online. You will use your account to:- Submit your application
- Upload transcripts
- Send electronic recommendation forms
- Register for events
Once you create an admissions account, the application checklist outlining our application steps and event opportunities will appear in your portal within 48 hours.

Complete Your Online Application
Transfer applicants must complete the following application steps:- An Application Form for parents and students to complete
- Two Academic Recommendation Forms (English Teacher and Math or Science Teacher)
- Records Request Form:
- Once this form is complete, Bellarmine will reach out to your student’s current high school to request official transcripts, attendance and behavior records, and standardized test scores.
All steps are completed through your online admissions account.

Apply for Tuition Assistance
Tuition Assistance applications for the 2025-26 school year are due January 17, 2025 . This application is separate from the Admissions process. Bellarmine strives to be affordable and accessible to all families interested in joining the Lion community. Over 45% of our families receive tuition assistance with the average grant being approximately $7,600, totaling $2.9 million for the 2024-25 school year.
