SUMMER CAMPS

WORKSHOPS and CONDITIONING

Important Information for Campers: 

Check-in and Pick-up:
Check-in will start 30 minutes prior to the start of camp. We will be set up between the Connelly Campus Center and the Booster Gym in the quad. Please follow the directional signage once you reach the parking lot. Pick-up will be in the same location.
 
What to Bring/Pack:
  • Water Bottle: All students should bring their own water bottle to stay hydrated.
  • Athletic Wear: Please wear appropriate athletic wear for sports camps.
  • Lunch: Full-day campers should bring a lunch.
  • Snacks: If needed, please bring a snack, as food offerings will not be provided.
  • Sunscreen: Don't forget sunscreen for those camps that will be outdoors!
  • Additional Items: Any specific items mentioned in the camp description (e.g., yoga mat for yoga camp).
Summer Programs Cancellation and Refund Policy:
 
If the necessary enrollment numbers are not met, the summer program offering may be cancelled. If so, students will be notified by email and issued a refund.
 
If your student leaves the summer program early due to illness or injury, the fees may be refunded at a pro-rated rate or the child may be able to attend a later session. If the student leaves camp early or arrives late due to schedule conflicts, behavior problems, or for any other reason, there will be no refund or pro-rated fees. 
 
You may cancel in writing by email no less than 30 days prior to the program start date to be eligible to receive a refund or credit minus 25% of the paid registration. A refund or credit is not available if a cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to the student’s respective summer program start date.
