2025 Booster Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The 11th Bellarmine Booster Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet will be held in the Fall of 2025.
Nominations for athletes, coaches/administrators and individuals with distinguished service to Bellarmine Athletics are now being accepted. Anyone may submit a nomination. Please complete this form. If you would like to submit multiple nominations you will need to fill out the form again.
