In Loving Memory of Pope Francis

Today, the Bellarmine community reflects in faith and thanksgiving as we honor the life of our beloved Jesuit, His Holiness Pope Francis.
"Education is not about knowing things or taking lessons but about being able to use three lingos: those of the head, the heart, and the hands... learning so that you can think about what you feel and do, can feel what you think and do, and can do what you feel and think. Unity within a person."
- Pope Francis

It is with profound sorrow that we mourn his passing to eternal life.

He led with a humble heart, compassion for all and a profound sense of faith rooted in Jesuit charism. He was a true example for the world.

“Take, Lord, and receive all my liberty, my memory, my understanding, and my entire will, all I have and call my own. You have given all to me. To you, Lord, I return it. Everything is yours; do with it what you will. Give me only your love and your grace, that is enough for me."
- St. Ignatius of Loyola
