BELLARMUN is a one of a kind opportunity for middle school students to learn public speaking, research, and problem solving skills in a friendly environment. Model UN has made me a better student and person. It has helped me work better with others, and learn how to apply creative thinking to real-world problem solving. In high school, Model UN opened countless doors and leadership opportunities for me. I have grown from a scatter-brained, nervous delegate, to the leader of this conference and a 30 person team. My biggest regret is not getting into Model UN sooner. I truly believe Model UN is one of the best ways to create high school and world-ready agents of change—and also to make lifelong friends.
