Wellness for Athletes: Three Pillars for Success as a Student Athlete
The Athletic Department is excited to announce an informational meeting for families on health and wellness for student-athletes on January 22 from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Connelly Campus Center. .
At the end of each athletic season, we survey our student-athletes to gather feedback and improve their experience in our programs. Two recurring concerns have emerged: eating habits and balancing academics with athletics.
To address these concerns, we’ve invited experts in Nutrition, Mindfulness, and Academic Balance to share valuable tips and strategies for families and athletes. Please mark your calendars and join us for this informative session.
