OCTOBER - FEBRUARY

8th Grade Visitation Program: There are thirteen 8th grade visit days (limit of 30 visitors/date). Click on the visit tab in your account to view specific dates. Call Cari Harrison at (253) 879-9771 if you have questions.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 18

Fall Open House: 12:00-2:00 p.m. - for prospective students and parents: an opportunity to see the campus, meet with faculty and students and hear about our programs.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30

ACT/ Explore Exam: 3:30-6:30 p.m. - All applicants to the 9th grade are required to take the ACT/Explore Exam. Pre-register online (available in the fall). Bring a calculator and #2 pencil. Test Fee: $30.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 30

Admissions/Financial Aid Information Meeting: 3:30-4:30 p.m. - While students test, parents are invited to attend an informational meeting about the admissions process and financial aid.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 1

ACT/ Explore Exam: 10:00 A.M.-1:00 p.m. - all applicants to the 9th grade are required to take the ACT/Explore Exam. Pre-register online (available in the fall). Bring a calculator and #2 pencil. Test Fee: $30.

SATURDAY, DECEMBER 1

Admissions/Financial Aid Information Meeting: 10:00-11:00 a.m. - While students test, parents are invited to attend an informational meeting about the admissions process and financial aid.

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 9

Admissions/Financial Aid Information Meeting: 3:30-4:30 p.m. - While students test, parents are invited to attend an informational meeting about the admissions process and financial aid.

Parent Information Night: 7:00-8:30 p.m. Parents of Bellarmine Preparatory School's Class of 2017 are encouraged to attend. An overview of the registration process, curriculum, placement decisions, and interpretation of the ACT Explore/Placement Exam will be presented.

November 30, December 1, 2012 or January 9, 2013 - ACT: Explore Exam

· February 4, 2013 - Status letters go out for preliminary accepts and interview requests
· February 11 and 12, 2013 - Interviews
· February 19, 2013 - Final Decisions go out
· February 27, 2013 - Parent Information Night
· March 6 & 7, 2013 - Registration

February 6, 2013 - ACT: Explore Exam

A: If you take the first test you will be eligible for merit scholarships, and you will be in the first round of admits.
