Activities

Bellarmine is committed to providing opportunities for all students to participate in school activities. We offer a traditional list of programs in athletics, campus ministry, and curricular and extracurricular activities. Parents, as the primary educators of their children, are encouraged to get involved in parent organizations that directly support our activity programs such as the Boosters, Philomathea, the Lion's Den and Development Office programs.

Our activity programs are grounded in sound philosophy and goals taken from the educational foundations outlined in the JSEA document, The Grad at Grad. The Activity Code of Conduct and Policies and Procedures are designed to insure the well being and safety of our students and to honor the values in the mission of our school.

Some activity programs we offer are: Annual, ASB, Band, Choir/Choral Arts, Drama, Lion Newspaper, Intramurals, Cheerleading, Honor Society, Natural Helpers, Phoenix Housing and Habitat for Humanity. We also have a long-standing tradition of clubs that have been established over the years. They are Key Club, Diversity Club, Earth Corp Club, and Lionize to name just a few.
